BLACK STONE (Hajar Aswad)

Prophet Ibrahim. said to the Prophet Ismail as., "Go thou find a stone that I would put as a marker for human beings."Then the Prophet Ismail as. went from one hilltop to another hill to find a good and suitable stone. When the Prophet Ismail as. 're looking for a rock on a hill, suddenly came the angel Gabriel as. gives a beautiful stone. Ishmael immediately brought it to the Prophet Ibrahim. Prophet Ibrahim. glad to see a truly beautiful stone, he kissed her several times.Then the Prophet Ibrahim. asked, "Where can you rock?" Prophet Ismail as. replied, "This stone is not burdensome received from my granddaughter and grandson (Jibreel)." Prophet Ibrahim. kiss the stone again and followed by the Prophet Ismail as. Until now the Black Stone is kissed by people who went to the House. Anyone who bertawaf the Kaaba disunnahkan kissed the Black Stone. Hundreds of thousands of Muslims fought to kiss the Black Stone, which did not kiss enough with just a wave signaled from afar.Historically, the Black Stone is a stone given the Angel Gabriel to the Prophet Ismail AS when looking stone ruled by his father, Prophet Abraham who want to raise the Kabah. Terjemah :

 Ketika Nabi Ibrahim as. bersama anaknya membangun Ka’bah, banyak kekurangan yang dialaminya. Pada awal mulanya dulu, Ka’bah tidak memiliki pintu masuk. Nabi Ibrahim as. bersama Nabi Ismail as. berikhtiar untuk membuatnya dengan mengangkut batu dari berbagai gunung. Dalam sebuah kisah disebutkan pada waktu pembangunan Ka’bah hampir selesai, ternyata Nabi Ibrahim as. masih merasakan kekurangan sebuah batu lagi untuk diletakkan di Ka’bah. Nabi Ibrahim as. berkata kepada Nabi Ismail as., “Pergilah engkau mencari sebuah batu yang akan aku letakkan sebagai penanda bagi manusia.”
Kemudian Nabi Ismail as. pun pergi dari satu bukit kebukit yang lain untuk mencari batu yang baik dan sesuai. Ketika Nabi Ismail as. sedang mencari batu di sebuah bukit, tiba-tiba datang malaikat Jibril as. memberikan sebuah batu yang cantik. Nabi Ismail dengan segera membawa batu itu kepada Nabi Ibrahim as. Nabi Ibrahim as. merasa gembira melihat batu yang sungguh cantik itu, beliau menciumnya beberapa kali.
Kemudian Nabi Ibrahim as. bertanya, “Dari mana kamu dapat batu ini?” Nabi Ismail as. menjawab, “Batu ini kuterima dari yang tidak memberatkan cucuku dan cucumu (Jibril).” Nabi Ibrahim as. mencium lagi batu itu dan diikuti oleh Nabi Ismail as. Sampai sekarang Hajar Aswad itu dicium oleh orang-orang yang pergi ke Baitullah. Siapa saja yang bertawaf di Ka’bah disunnahkan mencium Hajar Aswad. Beratus ribu kaum muslimin berebut ingin mencium Hajar Aswad itu, yang tidak mencium cukuplah dengan memberikan isyarat lambaian tangan saja dari jauh.

Menurut sejarahnya, Hajar Aswad adalah batu yang diberikan Malaikat Jibril kepada Nabi Ismail AS ketika diperintah mencari batu oleh ayahnya, Nabi Ibrahim AS yang hendak meninggikan Kabah. Kala itu, Hajar Aswad menyala-nyala karena saking putihnya. Cahayanya menyinari Barat dan Timur.

Berubahnya warna Hajar Aswad dari semula abyad (putih) menjadi aswad (hitam) karena dosa-dosa anak cucu Adam. Dalam kaitan ini ada sabda Rasulullah SAW yang artinya, “Hajar Aswad itu diturunkan dari surga, berwarna lebih putih dari susu. Dosa-dosa anak cucu Adam-lah yang menjadikannya hitam”. Mana yang benar? Wallaahua’lam.

Hajar Aswad yang sekarang adalah 8 bongkahan kecil akibat pecahnya batu yang semula besar. Kedelapan bongkahan itu masih tersusun rapi pada tempatnya seperti sekarang. Pecahnya batu itu terjadi pada zaman Qaramithah, yaitu sekte dari Syi’ah Al-Bathiniyyah dari pengikut Abu Thahir Al-Qaramathi yang mencabut Hajar Aswad dan membawanya ke Ihsa’ pada tahun 319 Hijriyah. Tetapi batu itu dikembalikan lagi pada tahun 339 Hijriah.
